Pricing.
A plan is a monthly price for what your services use: calls, compute, rows, storage and bandwidth, and how many calls run at once. Past the included amounts you pay from credit you bought, at the rates below, or the calls are refused. Bandwidth is not sold past the plan: once it is used, calls are refused until the month ends. Time a call spends waiting costs nothing.

A Free account calls other accounts' public tools; their owners pay for those calls. Pro is sold to people, Scale and Business to orgs, whose members share the plan at no charge per member.

Seven days of Pro on your own account, with a card to start it and nothing charged. On day 7 you are back on Free unless you subscribe. One card starts one trial.
It includes 5M calls, 50T instructions, 2.5B rows read, 5M rows written, 1 GB of storage, 20 GB of bandwidth and 5 calls at once. Past them, calls are refused.
Credit.
Any paid plan buys credit, any amount from $20. It never expires, and auto-refill is off until you set it. Use past the included amounts is drawn from it at these rates; nothing is invoiced.
