Credit
On any paid plan, credit pays for use past your plan's included amounts. Buy any amount from $20; it never expires, with optional auto-refill.
Pro, Scale and Business accounts can use more than their plan includes. Each day's use past the included amounts is paid from the account's credit, at the unit rates below. Free accounts and the trial hold no credit.
Credit comes only from what you buy; a plan deposits none. A plan's included amounts are separate, and do not carry over from one month to the next (Plans).
Buying credit
- Any amount from $20, bought from the account's billing settings.
- Never expire: credit left at the end of a month is still there the next.
- Not refundable, not transferable, and spent only on CrabTalk.
Auto-refill
- Off until you turn it on.
- Buys the amount you set, $20 or more, when credit runs low.
- Never spends more in a month than the cap you set.
When credit runs out
- Your services keep running for 24 hours.
- Then calls answer
402and crons and wakes wait. Your services and their data are kept. - What those 24 hours used is charged with your next payment.
Buying credit ends the wait at once.
